Hoffman's Garden Center is happy to offer those aquatic plants you have enjoyed so
much this Spring & Summer season, the same care we show ours during the Winter!
During the colder months, some aquatic plants may be "wintered over" & then put back
into your water gardenscape next Spring.
At Hoffman's, we use our greenhouse space to keep these aquatic plants safe & warm
throughout the winter.
And we would like to offer you the same oppurtunity!

Hoffman's Garden Center
+AQUATIC PLANT WINTERING OVER AGREEMENT+
Hoffman Tree & Landscape Service, Inc. dba Hoffman's Garden Center (HGC)
agrees to store the following aquatic plants (listed below) for
_____________________ (customer's name), from Fall 2007 to May 30th, 2008.

___ I just want my plant(s) stored for the Winter & returned as is in the Spring -
$10.00 per plant up to 10" diameter pot
___ I want my plant(s) stored & divided into TWO plants. This service will
include storing, dividing each plant into two new 8" premium pots, adding new
aquatic soil, fertilizer tabs & pea gravel topping - $24.99 per plant

___________________________ (customer's name) agrees that HGC will not be
held responsible for any loss, deterioration, pest problems, etc. that may affect
stored plants during the course of this time.
HGC will house these plants in our very own green house with our own plants -
providing them with the same environment we provide ours.
All plants not picked up by May 30th, 2008 will become the property of HGC.
Storage fee is non-refundable.
